Certification names and trademarks (e.g. CCNA, PCNSE) belong to their respective owners; Packetronic is not affiliated with or endorsed by Cisco, Palo Alto Networks, Juniper, Fortinet, or CompTIA.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that use of Packetronic will result in passing any certification exam. Practice question results are for educational purposes only.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Packetronic shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.
