Billing, cancellation, and refund terms for Pro subscriptions
Packetronic Pro is a digital subscription service. As with most digital goods and SaaS platforms, all subscription payments are non-refundable once processed. Access to the platform begins immediately upon payment, which constitutes full delivery of the digital service.
This policy is standard for digital subscription services and is required for compliance with Razorpay's payment terms.
You may cancel your Pro subscription at any time by contacting us at support@packetronic.com. Cancellation stops future billing immediately. You retain Pro access until the end of your current billing period — no partial refunds are issued for unused time.
If Packetronic was completely inaccessible (i.e., total service outage) for a continuous period of 48 hours or more following your payment, you may request a review of your case within 7 days of the original purchase date. Contact us at support@packetronic.com with your order details. Approved cases will receive a credit or refund at our discretion.
If you were charged more than once for the same subscription period due to a technical error, contact us immediately at support@packetronic.com. Verified duplicate charges will be refunded in full.
Payments are processed by Razorpay Payments Pvt. Ltd. Razorpay's terms apply to all transactions. In the event of a dispute, you may also contact Razorpay support directly through their platform.

This Refund Policy is governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from billing or subscription matters shall be resolved in accordance with applicable Indian law.
